Used as hygroscopic agent of analysis of trace nitrogen fertilizer production of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. It can be used in paint, artificial ivory, paint, paper, dyes, printing, metallurgy, water treatment. It is a source of sulfur and sulfuric acid. It is likewise employed in zinc metallurgy, in drying industrial gases, solids and many organic liquids. Used for food additives in the soy manufacturing industry.
