procedure, used along with safranin for the staining of nodule sections, in
the collagen deposit staining procedure, for the staining of protein and
starch, as a dye to detect and inject DNA solution in chicken embryo, for
showing collagen, muscle, cytoplasm and cells in mammalian tissues, used as a
quantitative stain for histones and protein stain in electrophoresis, it is
considered as a replacement of Light Green SF yellowish in Masson's trichrome,
further, it is utilized in tissue stain, used for protein staining in IEF,
native PAGE and SDS-PAGE, staining is linear over a wider range of protein
concentrations than Brilliant Blue R, certified for the safranin-fast green
FCF stain for plant cells.
